Our Team
Owner
I'm Richard T. Penn, PE, CFM, CPSWQ, and I have twenty years of experience as a city engineer, public works director, utilities director, and municipal engineering consultant. My goal is to apply my knowledge and experience with public projects, administrations, and working with the general public to your needs.
Prior to my public service, I worked for twenty years for several private manufacturing and service companies: Halliburton Services, Falcon Jet, Jacuzzi Bros, Orbit Valve Company, Jack Tyler Engineering, and North American Marine Jet. I have served as a design engineer, research engineer, product engineer, field engineer, and engineering manager.
